"Fat Paul" Scott (Banjo, Slide Guitar, Harmonica, Vocals) Fat Paul came to NM from Portland. He is a multi-instrumentalist who has played with blues and rock legends from near and far . He spent 6 years in noted Soul band, the Blue Rhythm Kings. He grew up in a musical family of 10 that played a lot of "back porch" concerts. His acoustic guitar, banjo, slide guitar, mandolin, and harmonica playing truly enhance the unique blend of sounds you hear with the FP&G. His vocals are reminiscent of Howlin' Wolf.
Gary "Gator" Millhollon (Vocals, Guitar, Banjo, Porch Box drums) With a background in blues and soul music, Gator, plays and sings in the style of Leon Redbone, Guy Davis, and Tom Waits. Originally from Austin, he's played for more than 35 years and has performed with many legendary performers such as T-Bone Turner, Keb Mo, Jimmie Vaughan, George Thorogood, Memphis James, Big Jerry, The Fab Thunderbirds, Canned Heat, Louisiana Red, the Mississippi All-Stars, Pinetop Perkins, James Cotton, Dale Watson and Chuck Berry. As a child he grew up across the street from Texas boogie legend Alvis Wheeler Glaspy, who first introduced him to the music of Fats Domino, Blind Blake, Hank Williams, and Fats Waller.
Horizontal Joe Mancuso (Harmonica, guitar & Vocals) Joe has played harmonica and guitar for more than 30 years in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. He has played with members of the Country, Blues and Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame. He is noted for his soulful stylings and recognized as one of the great harp players of the Southwest.
